
A large-scale 3D outdoor animation for RevenueCat, a US app monetization platform for subscription-based apps. The piece had to work in Tokyo, while still fitting a global tech brand.
This was not a standard digital campaign. The animation had to catch attention fast in a high-traffic location, stay readable without sound, and work across multiple synchronized 3D LED billboards. It also had to feel right for the Japanese market without becoming a local-looking one-off.
RevenueCat came with a rough idea. We shaped it into a full visual concept. We created a short 3D animation built for distance, speed, and instant recognition. The motion was bold, readable, and made to work across several screens at the same time. The visual had to feel big in Tokyo, but still connected to RevenueCat’s global SaaS brand.
RevenueCat got a brand asset they could use when the launch needed to feel bigger than a normal online campaign. The same approach works for tech companies that need to turn a product launch, event, market entry, or outdoor campaign into something people notice fast.
