Create five short campaign animations for RevenueCat, each built around a different audience: Growth PMs, Mobile Developers, App Founders, Lifecycle Marketers, and Vibe Coders. Each animation had to close a live-action video and turn a persona-specific product message into a clear visual story.
The series had to feel consistent without making every video feel the same. Each audience needed its own storyline, UI flow, and product angle. At the same time, all five pieces had to feel like one RevenueCat campaign. The animations also had to match live-action footage and pre-recorded voiceovers, so pacing and review control mattered from the start.
We built a shared 2.5D motion language for the campaign: flat graphic and UI elements with depth, camera movement, and a more dimensional feel. Each persona received its own storyboard, while recurring transitions, brand elements, and visual rules kept the full series connected. The workflow moved through clear approval steps, from wireframes and style development to static graphics and animation, so the team could move fast without losing consistency.
RevenueCat got a flexible campaign system that could speak to five different audiences without splitting the brand into five different styles. The same approach works for SaaS and tech companies that need to explain different product stories to different buyer groups while keeping one clear brand experience.
