Create a 65-second animation for the launch of RevenueCat’s Stripe Managed Payments integration. The video had to work at Stripe Sessions first, then continue as a reusable launch asset online.
The product message had to land fast. RevenueCat needed to show a new payment flow: moving beyond the app store path, reducing payment friction, and making web-to-app subscriptions easier to manage. The piece also had to stay on brand, while feeling warmer and more crafted than a standard SaaS walkthrough.
We created a 2.5D animation: not flat 2D, not full 3D, but a layered style with depth and movement. The story followed a clear flow: old way, new way, pain point, proof, solution. Cursor movement, UI scenes, grid details, and blueprint-style elements helped guide the viewer through the integration without making it feel like a screen recording. The pace stayed sharp because the animation had to work in a busy event environment, even without full attention or audio.
RevenueCat got a launch asset that made a technical integration easier to explain, present, and reuse after Stripe Sessions. The same approach works for SaaS and fintech teams launching a feature, integration, or product update that needs more clarity and energy than a screen recording.
